Bridal Bootcamp!

Join us in the New Year of our countdown to the wedding fitness programme!

I am delighted to say that we have teamed up with the fabulous Emma Foden from Dynimic Fitness www.dynamicfitnessuk.com to bring you our very own bootcamp. Emma is highly experienced in personal training and even attended the Paralymics this year as a Team GB coach! 

Our bootcamp will run on the last Saturday every month starting the 26th January and will run from 9am until 12pm

Your morning will consist of:-

• Stretch and tone time to help stretch out every day tensions.
• Breakfast 
• Lifestyle planning. This will be a monthly plan to help you fit around your busy lifestyle with individualised exercise suggestions helping them to prepare physically for the big day. These exercises can help you walk in heels, stand all day, party all night, work on posture, toning arms, back and bottom. Or they can get advice on nutrition and eating. This bit is completely personal to you and your needs!
• Group circuit session to help tone the areas for the special day

This is a great way to help you prepare for your special day and why not bring along other members of your Bridal party who wish to do the same!

 

Each session will be £35 and includes all of the above including a monthly programme.

Getting in to the Christmas spirit!

The big Frodsham Christmas light switch on was the 30th November so we used this as a perfect excuse to join in the festive cheer and open up our boutique to our beautiful Brides of past, present and future to thank them for their support!

Firstly we had to make sure our window was looking all lovely and festive so the day before the very lovely Sharon from Aphrodite Flowers www.aphroditeflowers.co.uk came along with some beautiful Christmas creations to ensure our window twinkled lovely. This consisted of one wonderful vase display with glittery pink and black leaves and flowers and a fabulous willow tree decorated in pick orchids. She also decorated a number of our shoes in flowers and baubles all completed by a scattering of crystals, fairy lights and candles.....gorgeous! :)

Once the window was all ready to go it was just a matter or chilling the fizz and waiting for our lovely guests to arrive. To help bring an extra bit of sparkle inside the wonderful Miki from www.wineglasscharms.co.uk sent us some fabulous charms to put of our glasses....everybody loved these and it gave quite a few people some helpful ideas from wedding favours as well as Christmas gifts! 

We were also treated to some AMAZING cupcakes by the super talented Natalie from www.blupumpkin.co.uk with a choice of 2 flavours and 2 beautiful designs they were of course all topped off with a sprinkling of glitter. They were absolutely yummy and everyone loved them!

we also got an extra special visit from Mel and baby Eva who is our 1st 'Belles' baby! All wrapped up snuggley and warm ready to see Santa!

It was a sunny Sunday afternoon in April when we were invited along to a fabulous vintage inspired photo-shoot at the beautiful Inglewood Manor.

With a fabulous theme and a wonderful location the team set to create our romantic country manor shoot.

We loved being involved in the fabulous shoot....and we just LOVE showing off our dresses, so this was an great opportunity to take some of our beautiful lace gowns from 2 of our favourite designers - Amanda Wyatt & Mark Lesley, and some of our beautiful headpieces from Vintage Halos, all show off by our gorgeous models Claire and Rachel.

Inglewood is a stunning location that provided us with lots of fabulous backdrops for the shoot from their bridal suite through to their hidden 'enchanted woods'...well I'm not sure this is what it is actually called, but I think it should be!
